Exciting news! I am thrilled to announce the launch of the MiROG Study – UK, that seeks to delve deep into the practices of NHS Trusts, focusing on how we can better cater to the unique needs of women and birthing people who make birth choices which fall outside the recommended care provision. You are invited to be part of the first phase of this project by participating in this online survey. The aim is to understand current practice and clinical care pathways, identify challenges, and pave the way for innovative solutions regarding “Out of Guidance Birth Choices” across the country. The survey is addressed to senior midwives who are currently working within the NHS and are involved in Out of Guidance service provision and can provide the relevant information or midwives who are assigned to provide the relevant information. Therefore, if you are unable to provide this information, please share this information to a colleague who would be more appropriate to complete the survey. Taking part is completely voluntary and should take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete the survey. Rest assured; all responses will be treated with anonymity and confidentiality.By contributing to this study, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Out of Guidance birth choice services.
